Australian instructional designer and e-learning developer

I’m Ness Cousins Wright, an experienced instructional designer, learning experience designer and e-learning developer based in Tasmania.

I bring more than 20 years of experience across vocational education, health, aged care, community services, government, and workplace learning and development.

My approach is evidence-informed, learner-centred and practical. I turn complex information into learning that people can understand, apply and use in their work. Every project considers accessibility, organisational requirements, learner needs and the realities of the workplace.

I work remotely with government agencies, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and learning and development teams across Australia.

Qualifications

My qualifications include a Master of Education focused on digital technologies for learning, a Graduate Certificate in Vocational Education and Training, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Counselling, and qualifications in training design and development.

Can you develop a complete online course?

Yes. I can support the full process from learning analysis and course design through to development in Articulate Rise 360 and publication as a SCORM-ready package. Your organisation provides approved source content, subject-matter expertise and final approval.

Can you work with our internal learning and development team?

Yes. I can provide additional project capacity or specialist instructional design and e-learning expertise alongside your existing team.

Do you work with organisations outside Tasmania?

Yes. I am based in Tasmania and work remotely with organisations across Australia.
